Founder and CEO

The founder and CEO of Miszerak & Associates Sp. z o.o. is Martin A. Miszerak.Professionally active in Poland since 1990, Martin Miszerak was advisor to Minister of Privatisation and later Minister of Finance, including major involvement in the reform and privatisation of Polish banking sector. He served as Chairman of one of the biggest Polish banks.He was also CEO of a turnaround and private equity fund, CEO of Abn Amro Asset Management Polska, and founder and CEO of Personal Finance Polska, the first Polish company employing the model of distribution of financial products through financial consultants.

Martin Miszerak serves also on the supervisory board of SIGNITY SA, a leading Polish IT company listed on Warsaw Stock Exchange. He is also Chairman of the supervisory board of Investment Fund Managers Sp. zoo, a wealth management company, and member of the Polish Directors' Institute, a research institute devoted to corporate governance.

Prior to 1990, Martin Miszerak spent 10 years working in corporate finance in the United States and Italy. His education was in the United States, including an MBA from Yale University, MA from Johns Hopkins University, and BA from Princeton University.
