The company was founded in 2003 with the view of initiating and advising on cross-border transactions between Italy and Poland, as well as offering high quality services to Italian corporates already present in Poland. The development of the business as well as rapid growth of the Polish corporate sector have led to an additional focus on Polish corporate clients seeking internationalization, as well and cross-border transactions between Poland and the major European countries.
